Amid the warmth of spring, we successfully held and witnessed the grand conclusion of the 18th Offline Learning & Sharing Session hosted by Sansi Yongheng Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. Spanning two enriching days filled with highlights, let’s revisit the memorable moments from the event.
March 15: Knowledge Sharing on Nonviolent Communication
Focusing on the previously studied book Nonviolent Communication, Cao Qiuhua and Lin Huazhen from the first study group took the stage to share insights. Through real-life workplace and family scenarios, they illustrated the communication framework of "Observe-Feel-Need-Request."
Class Monitor Chen Shiyan and General Manager Xiong also delivered encouraging remarks on the participants' performances, motivating everyone to persist in their efforts and strive for continuous growth.
At the end of the session, we awarded honorary certificates and bonuses to the top three outstanding performers from the previous phase—Li Wusong, Li Cheng, and Peng Jiaodong—and recognized the achievements of the first group. The awardees shared their success stories and experiences, inspiring all attendees with their dedication and hard work.
March 16: A Unique Camping Experience
The company organized a distinctive camping activity where participants cooked on traditional earthen stoves and grilled food around barbecue pits. Attendees participated with their families, creating a lively and heartwarming atmosphere. Chef Lin Bo and General Manager Li prepared an array of delicious dishes, while Zhu Shenghao and Li Cheng grilled mouthwatering skewers. Other members actively contributed by chopping vegetables, lighting fires, and washing ingredients, ensuring smooth and orderly operations.
Despite the chilly weather and light rain during the meal, the group’s enthusiasm remained undimmed. Gathered around the table, everyone enjoyed the feast and cherished moments with their families, filling the air with warmth and joy.
The 18th Offline Learning & Sharing Session not only provided invaluable knowledge but also deepened our appreciation for teamwork and the warmth of a united "family." We extend our gratitude to every participant for their contributions and efforts, as well as to all supporters for their ongoing attention. Let us look forward to the next gathering, where we will create even more wonderful memories together!
