Product features:

The product is refined from imported raw materials. In the production process of printed circuit boards, in order to monitor the thickness of the coating inside the PTH hole, the side etching rate of the circuit, etc., it is necessary to conduct metallographic slicing and microscopic analysis. It is a specialized chemical product for metallographic slicing and molding, mainly made of acrylic resin. It has excellent properties such as stable and rapid curing at room temperature, few bubbles, long-term storage without color change, high hardness, and acid and alkali resistance.

Usage:

Mix acrylic powder and curing agent in a ratio of 1.4:1 (volume ratio), stir slowly (to avoid the generation of artificial bubbles) and inject into the mold. Wait for it to fully cure, with a curing time of about 10-15 minutes. This product contains defoamers, and if used properly, there will generally be no bubbles.
